KEBBI STATE SCHOLARSHIP BOARD

ANNOUNCEMENT
The management of Kebbi State Scholarship Board wishes to inform the following category of kebbi state origin studying at Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto who are yet to apply for the award of scholarship for 2019/2020 academic session for an update 

1- Newly admitted students for 2019/2020 academic session 
2- Continue students who are not on scholarship portal 
3- Spill over students with covering letters from their respective departments

The exercise have been re: scheduled to take place in UDUS main campus in order to avoid disruption of student lectures and registration. 

Venue:- UDUS main campus 

Date:- 10th to 15th February, 2020

Time:- 10:00am prompt daily 

All affected students are requested to come along with original copies of their credentials and Jamb Slips.

KBSG  DISTRIBUTES  N200M LIVELIHOOD GRANTS TO 2,000 BENEFICIARIES Kebbi State Government has distributed the sum of N200 Million Grant to 2,000 Beneficiaries across the state under the KB - Cares livelihood Grant Program. The State Deputy Governor, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, while flagging-off the disbursement in Birnin Kebbi said the gesture was part of the good intentions of Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu's led administration to make people self-reliant. The Deputy Governor said, considering the dangers of idleness among the youths in the present-day society which has subjected able-bodied persons to poverty, hunger and living in squalor due to lack of trade, the present administration will come-up with intervention programmes to make people gainfully employed. KEBBI STATE GOVERNMENT CONDOLES WITH THE FAMILY OF LATE JOURNALIST. 02/07/2023 The Government of Kebbi State has condoled with the family of the late Journalist, Muazu Bello , who died yesterday. The Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, who paid a visit to the family of Late Mu'azu Bello to console them, described the  for death of late Muazu Bello as a great loss not only to the family but to the entire Kebbi state. The Deputy Governor said that the  late Mu'azu Bello was a professional journalist who served Kebbi State and the country as a whole.  He prayed Allah to  forgive mistakes of  the deceased.
