KEBBI DEPUTY GOV. LEADS STATE MINISTERIAL BRIEFINGS

The Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi continues receiving briefs by Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) on behalf of the State Governor at Presidential Lodge, Birnin Kebbi.

This is in keeping  with the directive of the State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu.

The Deputy Governor is being assisted on the task by Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Yakubu Bala Tafidan Yauri, Head of Service, Alhaji Sufiyanu Garba Bena, Chief of Staff Government House, Barr. Attahiru Maccido and Deputy Chief of staff, Alhaji Lauwali Labbo Maishanu.

So far the following MDAs have presented their briefs: Office of the Secretary to State Government, office of the Head of Service, Ministries for Higher Education, Information and Culture, Basic and Secondary Education and Government House among others.

KBSG  DISTRIBUTES  N200M LIVELIHOOD GRANTS TO 2,000 BENEFICIARIES Kebbi State Government has distributed the sum of N200 Million Grant to 2,000 Beneficiaries across the state under the KB - Cares livelihood Grant Program. The State Deputy Governor, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, while flagging-off the disbursement in Birnin Kebbi said the gesture was part of the good intentions of Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu's led administration to make people self-reliant. KEBBI STATE GOVERNMENT CONDOLES WITH THE FAMILY OF LATE JOURNALIST. 02/07/2023 The Government of Kebbi State has condoled with the family of the late Journalist, Muazu Bello , who died yesterday. The Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, who paid a visit to the family of Late Mu'azu Bello to console them, described the  for death of late Muazu Bello as a great loss not only to the family but to the entire Kebbi state. The Deputy Governor said that the  late Mu'azu Bello was a professional journalist who served Kebbi State and the country as a whole.  He prayed Allah to  forgive mistakes of  the deceased.
