SENATOR ATIKU ABUBAKAR BAGUDU EPITOMIZES HARD - WORK, HONESTY AND GOOD GOVERNANCE:

Kebbi State is endowed with the leader who by all yard - sticks represents a  perfect example of Hard -  work, Honesty and Good Governance. The combination of these traits in the  personality of His Excellency Senator Atiku Abubakar Bagudu makes him tick and transformed Kebbi state into a towering state and a beauty to behold.

Governor Bagudu inherited a state with the steady but very slow development in all ramifications. Being a sound (Development) Economist with the International exposure he firstly diversified our states's economy thereby creating a gradual departure from absolute dependence upon salaries or monthly allocation from Federation Account. Kebbi was hitherto, a salary dependant state, but it is now synonymous to rice pyramids, Fish production and general agriculture. 

To buttress up Kebbi state agrarian status and leading position, the biggest Rice milling company is located in Argungu, and there are over thirty six (36) small, medium - sized and big rice milling companies within the state. In addition to these, there are mushrooms of small rice mills within the households that 'churn - out' thousands of par boiled bags of rice daily. Kebbi state is no longer MONO - ECONOMY STATE.  It has been transformed and metamorphosed for good.

From time immemorial, even if you flip through the pages of history, you will be amazed to see that Kebbi people have never been lazy. They are reputed and known to be hard - working, resilient and productive. As luck would have it, a workaholic person is manning the affairs of the state as their Executive Governor. This is the man who trekked on the 18/09/2020 for over eight (8kms) from Dukku Rock Makera Town to see the extent of flood and sympathize with his people. This is the man who visited every nook - and - cranny of the state during the flood, he worked from morning till mid -night to make sure that his people were safe. The workaholic person is nobody but His Excellency Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu.

For his honesty, however,  the Covid - 19 and its attendant issues exposed and revealed so many things. Kebbi state is one of the states who disbursed and distributed the .Ca -Covid 19 Palliatives and Relief Materials with the alacrity and dispatch. In fact, the combination of NGOs, CBOs and CSOs participated actively in the exercise.  Nothing was kept in any warehouse within or outside the state. I am thus, at liberty to call him MR INTEGRITY.

Finally, he exhibits maturity and excellence in governance. His mature approach to Corona Virus (Covid - 19) pendamic can testify to this. He employed partial lockdown wearing human face. Nobody was denied his/her freefom of worship. Markets and other businesses were not shut down. Here we are nothing happened to us. Governor Bagudu is exceptional in leadership. No doubt about that. May Allah give us president (in 2023) who can handle Nigeria the same way Senator Atiku handles Kebbi state. 

* Nigeria needs peace like that of Kebbi state being most peaceful in Nigeria
* Nigeria needs to be diversified 
* Nigeria needs wisdom to propel it to greater height and so on.

We are indeed blessed in kebbi state

KBSG  DISTRIBUTES  N200M LIVELIHOOD GRANTS TO 2,000 BENEFICIARIES Kebbi State Government has distributed the sum of N200 Million Grant to 2,000 Beneficiaries across the state under the KB - Cares livelihood Grant Program. KEBBI STATE GOVERNMENT CONDOLES WITH THE FAMILY OF LATE JOURNALIST. 02/07/2023 The Government of Kebbi State has condoled with the family of the late Journalist, Muazu Bello , who died yesterday. The Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, who paid a visit to the family of Late Mu'azu Bello to console them, described the  for death of late Muazu Bello as a great loss not only to the family but to the entire Kebbi state. The Deputy Governor said that the  late Mu'azu Bello was a professional journalist who served Kebbi State and the country as a whole.  He prayed Allah to  forgive mistakes of  the deceased.
