Kebbi Guber: Kebbi Tribunal Admits Original Certificates of Deputy Governor.  09/08/2023 The Governorship Tribunal sitting in Birnin Kebbi has admitted all the original certificates of the State Deputy Governor, Senator Abubakar Umar, which were presented the Permanent Secretary, Sokoto State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Schools Education as well as Director of Exams. They tendered the documents to prove attendance at various institutions attended by the Kebbi State Deputy Governor as well his attendance in the mock examination of the Sultan Abubakar Teachers College. After the tendering of the documents, the second subpoenaed witness, Abdulrahaman Jafar Lawal was Cross-examined by the 1st, 2nd and 4th Respondents’ counsels as well as the counsel to the petitioners, led by Ibrahim K. KBSG  DISTRIBUTES  N200M LIVELIHOOD GRANTS TO 2,000 BENEFICIARIES Kebbi State Government has distributed the sum of N200 Million Grant to 2,000 Beneficiaries across the state under the KB - Cares livelihood Grant Program. The State Deputy Governor, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, while flagging-off the disbursement in Birnin Kebbi said the gesture was part of the good intentions of Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu's led administration to make people self-reliant. The Deputy Governor said, considering the dangers of idleness among the youths in the present-day society which has subjected able-bodied persons to poverty, hunger and living in squalor due to lack of trade, the present administration will come-up with intervention programmes to make people gainfully employed. KEBBI STATE GOVERNMENT CONDOLES WITH THE FAMILY OF LATE JOURNALIST. 02/07/2023 The Government of Kebbi State has condoled with the family of the late Journalist, Muazu Bello , who died yesterday. The Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Umar Abubakar Tafidan Kabi, who paid a visit to the family of Late Mu'azu Bello to console them, described the  for death of late Muazu Bello as a great loss not only to the family but to the entire Kebbi state. The Deputy Governor said that the  late Mu'azu Bello was a professional journalist who served Kebbi State and the country as a whole.  He prayed Allah to  forgive mistakes of  the deceased.
